My Grandpa's Fiddle
This is one of the best Christmases ever for me. I have my Grandpa John Duncan's fiddle. You can read more about it in the Christmas Day Charleston Daily Mail. Meanwhile, you can see pictures of it by clicking on the picture below. Thanks to my cousin, Patsy Black, for giving it to me and to Joe Dobbs of the Fred 'N Fiddle in St. Albans for refurbishing it

What a thrill! And do you play it? I'll try to remember to check the online Daily Mail tomorrow to see if they have the story there.
No, Becky, unfortunately I don't play the fiddle. But Joe Dobbs, the guy who fixed it for me, is a champion fiddler and we are in the early planning stages of doing a CD for the family with Joe playing Grandpa's fiddle accompanied by me (Autoharp) and some other friends on the guitar, bass, etc.
I want to play it.How can i activate it.What a thrill!
